Shipping & Returns

Shipping - In most cases we'll ship your order on the same day if possible (i.e. if your order comes in before "last call" for the mail department). Otherwise, orders are generally shipped the next business day for all items in stock.

When shipping internationally, call for details, we will ship small items using Fedex, UPS, USPS and in some cases to local Ports. You must use your shipping carrier to finish the trip to your location.

Returns - Great Wolf Trailers is happy to accept returns, for the cost of merchandise only and a 20% restocking fee. Please call for more information.

Low Order Processing Fee - All orders below $25 will incur a $5 processing fee.
